"Vaikka hotelli on Dubai Mallin vieressä, kävely sinne on todella vaikeaa. Onneksi hotellilta oli yksityinen kuljetus kyseiseen kauppakeskukseen."

"Sijainti on hyvä. Pienellä kävelyllä pääsee Burj Khalifalle tai metrolla moneen paikkaan. Aula oli viihtyisä ja hyvä japanilainen ravintola alhaalla. Henkilöstö oli palvelualtista ja mukavaa."

"Uima-altaalla ei valvottu uima-asujen käyttöä vaan sallittiin alushousuissa ja t-paidoissa uinti. Tämä oli aika vastenmielistä ja epähygieenistä. Allas osasto oli muutenkin osittain sisällä josta näkyy maisemia huonosti. Myös kaikki ikkunat olivat likaiset. Aurinko paistaa myös hyvin rajoittuneesti altaalle katto rakenteiden takia. Saamamme huone oli muista standardi huoneista poikkeava erittäin pienellä ikkunalla varustettu huone , jonka takia emme voineet juurikaan nauttia näköaloista huone 2707. Tämä oli pettymys. Osa Hotellin ravintoloista on 24 kerroksessa avotilassa josta kantautuu ääntä kaikkiin huoneisiin jotka on 24 kerroksesta ylöspäin. Ei ehkä järkevin ratkaisu."

"I truly love staying at Dusit Thani Hotel. During my recent visit, my room was kindly upgraded to a beautiful and comfortable suite with a wonderful view, which made my stay even more special. This is not my first time visiting the hotel—most of my trips to Dubai, I choose to stay at Dusit Thani because it is elegant, well-maintained, and always provides a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally polite and professional, and the level of cleanliness and attention to detail is outstanding. I’m already looking forward to my next visit during Eid, where I’ll be staying for three days, It won’t be my last visit, as many of my beautiful memories are connected to this place."

"Such a great hotel with a really helpful staff and services. They run shuttles to Kite Beach and then also to Dubai Mall which is fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of foods for all diets."

"The hotel was fabulous, All of the staff is super friendly and helpful, from check-in to the cleaning team, from restaurant staff to restaurant managers. THe location is great, close to the Metro and Taxis/Ubers are always around. walking distance to the Dubai Mall. The breakfast buffet is amazing and also the different restaurants in the hotel make it easy to eat-in when you don't want to go out. The rooms are very clean and quite sizable, we had a great view to the sea and the Burj Khalifa"
