"We love spending our vacations in Dubai and this apartment has been one of the most convenient and comfortable places we've stayed. It had everything we needed for a perfect and relaxing stay. We especially want to highlight the super comfortable mattress on the double bed - it was fantastic! Both my wife and I slept so well. The location couldn't be better — just a short five-minute walk to the beach, which was amazing. Plus, having stores and cafes nearby made it super easy to grab what we needed or enjoy a quick bite. Overall, we had an incredible time in Dubai, and Silvia’s hospitality played a huge part in making it so enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Dubai!"

"Отличные апартаменты с супер локацией. Куча ресторанов и барчиков, променад в JBR. У входа в подъезд есть магазин где можно купить все) особенно много разных фруктов ,по средам скидки на фрукты ;) ходили каждый день на пляж (5-7 мин). Сильвия отличная хозяйка, была всегда на связи."

"Апартамент расположен идеально. близко к пляжу. рядом супермаркет 24 часа. перед домом детская площадка. апартамент чистый в кухни есть всё. специи и приправы. моющее средства, порошки для стирки. телевизор супер есть ютуб и нетфликс. Спасибо владельцу Silvia. она очень вежливая и гостеприимная. двери на коде (очень удобно). я там жил как у себя в доме."

"Чистая, уютная квартира в JBR. Удобная кровать, на кухне есть все необходимое. Большая лоджия, на которой мы любили ужинать. Очень хороший WiFi. Рядом пляж и множество кафе и ресторанов. В соседнем доме - продуктовый магазин с достойным ассортиментом. В нескольких минутах ходьбы находится остановка трамвая на котором можно быстро и без пробок доехать до метро и до "пальмы". Хозяйка Сильвия встретила нас при заселении, все объяснила и показала. Всегда была на связи. Спасибо Сильвии за фруктовую корзину и воду, подаренные нам при заезде."

"На прошлой неделе отдыхали в апартаментах! Наш отдых начался с потери багажа, но хозяйка апартаментов спасла ситуацию! Во-первых , не оставила нас ждать времени заселения, а предложила отдохнуть от дороги в других апартаментах пока наши убирали после предыдущих гостей!! Во-вторых, даже помогла нам с одеждой на первое время, пока мы не купили все необходимое!!!! очень чуткое и доброжелательное отношение!!! Что касается самих апартаментов, то там очень комфортно, есть все необходимое для жизни, вся техника, очень удобные большие кровати!!!!! из нашего окна был прекрасный вид на море!!! в самом комплексе очень уютно и безопасно, до моря пять минут !!!! Хозяйка провела и познакомила нас со всем космплеком, показала все бассейны( есть с холодной, с теплой и даже с горячей водой)!!на территории есть салоны красоты, магазины, спортзал, спортивные площадки, батуты для деток и все, что надо для комфорта!!! будем рады снова вернуться в гости к Сильвии!!!!спасибо огромное за спасенный отдых!!!!"

"Everything was great, the villa was big, clean, and very calm. The pool is great with the waterfall and lights at night. Gigantic TV in the living room, also in the bedroom. Not to forget Azzu and Habiba, they were so nice and cooperative. It is a real escape place where you can relax and have fun in total privacy. Also, we got a free horse for kids, which Habiba took care of. You can order food feom restaurants near you, grocery stores are like couple of minutes away.Really nice place, I strongly recommend. I will definitely revisit this place again when I can..."

"The accommodation was in the flat, which was on the first Floor. It was a private room with AC and TV. You could cook in the kitchen. McDonald's was a one-minute walk away. The public beach is 5 minutes by car. Qidfa beach. The beach is very clean. The landlord is a very friendly and nice person. The flat had no small kids, and it was very calm. Close to Fujairah and Khor Fakkan. You would stay here 1 or more nights."
