"Aamiainen oli todella hyvä, erittäin monipuolinen. Uima-allas oli aika pieni, mutta sinänsä toimiva ja viihtyisä. Allasalue menee varjoon kahden aikaan iltapäivällä eli poolilla kannattaa olla aamupäivät. Shuttle-bussi Dubai Mallille kulkee kerran tunnissa, se oli varsin kätevä. Hotelli oli varsin rauhallinen, altaalle avautuva huone hiljainen."

"Windows were dirty, not letting you enjoy the Burj Khalifa view fully. We were offered another room but there the windows were worse. The socket in the bathroom was loose, so the hair dryer had to be used in the bedroom."

He was incredibly helpful when assisting me with rebooking my flight after Emirates cancelled it. Paul kindly stayed four hours longer after his shift ended to make sure everything was sorted and that I had a new reservation. His dedication, patience, and professionalism made a very stressful situation much easier for me. I am truly grateful for his help and outstanding customer service. ✨🙏 I highly recommend the restaurants in the hotel. I have never eaten such delicious food before.
