"Merinäköala ei ollut paras mahdollinen koska kuvat bookingissa oli otettu eturivin huoneistoista eli Ari-hotellista eikä tästä Ari2, jossa me majoituimme. Huoneistossa ei myöskään ollut hissiä ja sinne kuului äänet käytävästä melko kovaa yölläkin kun joku liikkui siellä."

"They kindly upgraded me from a garden view room to a beautiful sea view, which was such a lovely surprise and truly enhanced my stay. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The service was excellent throughout, especially at breakfast. The host took the time to explain each of the traditional Albanian dishes that had been freshly prepared. The hotel’s location was perfect right on the promenade, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local sights. I especially loved spending time on the balcony, simply listening to the birds and the sound of the waves. It was peaceful and restorative, a real highlight of my visit. Ari Hotel was the ideal base for both relaxing and exploring the area. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, warm, and memorable experience."

"Previous experiences with breakfasts were very different from the experience in this hotel. There was very little variety of food to choose from and they did not bring it regularly and when the food ran out, they did not bring new ones. There was a lady standing next to the counter who behaved very unprofessionally towards the employees. She also shouted at them and gave us the feeling that she was looking down on us."
