"The owner was super friendly, sent us detailed maps of shop and restaurant locations, helped us find things and upon arrival he even prepared a small gift. The apartment is located in a new area that is still being developed so one could be wondering if he's on a right way but despite that it was super easy to check in and find the place."

"We were truly impressed by what we found at Villa Niku. Considering the extremely low price, we honestly had quite a few expectations—and yet everything exceeded them. The room felt like something you would normally expect from a 4-star hotel: clean, well maintained, and with a very pleasant fresh smell. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely amazing—truly a “wow” moment. It felt like being welcomed into someone’s home, where they offer you the very best they have. There was plenty of food, all fresh, tasty, and prepared with care. We were genuinely speechless about the experience. It is rare to find such hospitality and quality at this price level. A special congratulations to the family for their warmth and dedication."

"The property is right on the water and has its own BEAUTIFUL BEACH. It was approaching off season when we arrived so the town and hotel were quiet. The room we arrived to did not have working AC and a leaky shower but the team was accommodating and helped us revolve any issues. The team here is great!!!"

"Wonderful apartment! It felt like home. It’s clean, all the household appliances are there, slippers, towels, blankets, and other personal belongings. The sovereign’s mother is very kind and respectful. The warmth was warm, the cake was baked, and there were fruits and tsukki in the vases. We spent a week here and were completely satisfied. We definitely recommend this apartment!"
