"The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay here as well as the room was spotless clean and super spacious. Breakfast was also a nice addition with a fair variety of things to have. It is located around a 20 minute walk from the centre of Yerevan but this didn’t bother me at all and it’s nice to be away from the centre sometimes. Road outside is a bit busy but I was at the front of the property and didn’t notice it during the night. Had my laundry done here as well and that was a great additional service. I would definitely stay again as and when I come back to Armenia. Thank you :)"

"Our stay at Green Agarak Guest House was simply perfect! The house was exceptionally clean — every corner was spotless and thoughtfully designed. Everything was comfortable and well-prepared, and you could feel the care in every detail. The area is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, with a wonderful dendro park nearby — perfect for walks and relaxation. There’s also a very good local shop within walking distance where you can find everything you need. The owner and Nune, the staff member, were extremely kind, warm-hearted, and caring — they made us feel truly at home. It’s an ideal place for both rest and meaningful time in nature. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this beautiful guest house to everyone! 🌿💚"

"This property could be wonderful if it wasn't for two things. The room I had was large with dual aspect . It was well furnished with good seating , coffee table and bedside light ( unusual in Armenia ) . Bedding was pristinely clean . The bathroom was well appointed and hot water came out of the hot water tap (again unusual in Armenia ) . The towels were extremely clean and wonderful to use . Complimentary tea on arrival and a wholesome breakfast was served each day . Two problems . Water leaked onto the floor from the pedestal of the washbasins - a small thing but annoying . However the location of the property is appalling . It is situated about 4km. from the town centre up a very long , very steep and very uninspiring road . If you are thinking of booking this property bear that in mind ."
