"Good price, clean and comfortable room. Best view - you can see Ararat mountain if there is no clouds. Kind and hospitable staff. Fast WiFi. Close to metro station."

"Сразу пишу,что жилье эконом- эконом, для непритязательных туристов. Хозяин отзывчивый, но будет жить с вами. В другой комнате. В комнате было чисто. До станции метро 10 минут ходьбы. Рядом есть магазины и супермаркет Сас."

"Je suis arrivé tard le soir mais pour l'hôte cela n'a posé aucun problème. C'est une seule personne qui y habite, un (assez jeune) homme, très gentil et serviable. C'est un grand appartement avec tout le nécessaire, propre avec une belle vue. Le quartier est calme et sûr."

"This family made our time in Armenia truly special. The host is a wonderful and helpful person who helped us with all our challenges, whether language barriers, transportation, etc. Check-in was spontaneous and uncomplicated. "The owners are so welcoming, you will feel right at home! It's one of the few structures which is actually near the airport. It's situated right in the middle of a vineyard. It's a recently built construction, and it's not within walking distance of any store, but the owners fill the fridge and the room with anything you may need. It's a little peaceful paradise."
