Edelweisshof perustettu viehättävässä Birnbaumin kylässä Lesachin laakson keskellä, Karnisten Alppien ja Lienzin Dolomiittien välissä. Runsas buffetaamun ateria tarjoillaan joka aamu. Kesäisin voit hyötyä aamiaisen terassilla. Iltapäivisin tarjolla on kahvia ja leivonnaisia. Illalla voit rentoutua baarissa nauttimalla drinkin ja heittämällä tikkaa.
