Hotel Hecco sijoitettu muodikasssa vuonna 2014 kunnostetussa rakennuksessa, joka on vain 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Sarajevon kulttuurikeskuksesta. Se tarjoaa ilmastoituja huoneita, joissa on ilmainen WiFi. Residenssissa on ruokapaikka, ja asiakkaille on tarjolla järjestettyjä retkiä. Tämä majoituspaikka käyttää vain uusiutuvia energialähteitä. Hecco-lomakeskusn kaikissa huoneissa on oma suihkulla hyödyntää kylpyhuone, ilmainen WiFi ja tv. Etukäteisvarauksesta asiakkaat voivat pysäköidä autonsa ilmaiseksi osoiten yksityiseen turvallinen autotallitilaan. Hotellirakennen ruokailupaikkassa on nykyaikainen asetelma, ja siellä tarjoillaan paikallisia erikoisuuksia sekä erinomaisia viinejä. Hotel Hecco järjestää kiertoajeluja ja retkiä useille läheisille nähtävyyksille, kuten Međugorjen pyhiinvaelluskohteeseen sekä Mostarin kaupunkiin. Kuljetuspalvelu Sarajevon lentokentältä yöpaikkalle voidaan samoin järjestää.

"Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja mukavaa. Huoneen ilmastointi oli tehokas ja sijainti suhteellisen lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia."

"The rooms are more or less modern, clean, and comfortable. The internet was fast and stable, and the hotel itself is very quiet, which I appreciated. I would especially like to mention the woman at the reception - she was extremely helpful. She provided extra items upon request and kindly stored my bag both before check-in and after check-out for free. The hotel is also easy to reach from the airport. Just take trolleybus 105 for about 1 EUR, get off at the final stop (Austria Square), and walk from there."
"The refrigerator was mentioned in the room description but was missing from the room. My room was not cleaned during my 4-night stay. Even after I asked the receptionist to replace the towels, no one did. There are no shops or even cafés within a 5-minute walk."
