"Näköala ja siisti huone. Saimme huoneen hyvissä ajoin ennen tavallista sisäänkirjautumista. Kaunis wc- ja suihkutila. Samassa rakennuksessa alakerrassa kauppa."
"Sänky liian kova. Ilmastointi ei toiminut, huone liian kuuma. Henkilökunta työhönsä kyllästynyttä ja tylyä. Ei asiakaspalveluasenne kohdallaan. Aamupala huono, ruoat kylmiä. Pelihuone puuttui kokonaan. Ulkouima-allas oli lähes tyhjä. Aikatauluja ei näkynyt missään julkisissa tiloissa eikä huoneessa. Jotenkin meininki, että sesonki on ohi ja ihmisiä ei enää palvella. En suosittele. 😔"

"Aamupalalle olisimme kaivanneet puuroa, marjoja, ja terveellisempiä vaihtoehtoja. Pekoni oli todella paksua ja sisälsi kovia jänteitä. Hinta oli todella korkea suhteessa alueen hintatasoon. Jos huoneen hinta olisi ollut noin 100€, niin silloin se tyydyttäisi. 167€/yö voisi sisältää all inclusive palvelut."

"Really a big hotel, so comparing to other places in BiH - it's really a resort and a large resort hotel. There were just like 2-3 people staying at that moment (end of November), but still the staff was there, and they helped us and were very pleasant. I do believe it's even greater during the high season."
