"We liked everything. Breakfast was lovely with home baked bread, our host was very informative about the area and the events of the 1st world war, and recommended places to visit. She also showed us around her small holding."

"Goeie ligging in de nabijheid van de Kemmelberg en op wandelafstand van Loker met interessante horeca. We kregen elke dag een uitgebreid ontbijt naar eigen keuze. Het ontbijt was steeds vers en huisbereid. De gebruikte producten zijn van eigen bodem of streekproducten. We hadden fijne babbels met de uitbaatster die ook steeds vrijblijvende tips meegaf bij het plannen van onze uitstapjes. Je bent er de enige gast wat ook wat meer rust biedt."

"Het was een fantastisch verblijf. Samen met een vriendin trokken we er op uit naar heuvelland. De gastvrouw legde ons daar enorm in de watten. Elke ochtend zorgde ze voor een vers ambachtelijk ontbijt. Ze stond ook ieder moment op de dag voor ons klaar voor onze vragen en er werd elke dag gepoetst. We waren in de wolken met de warmte die we op deze plek hebben gevoeld. Ze leidde ons rond in haar tuin en het fruit was vers van haar bomen te plukken. Ze ontving ons met zelfgemaakte rabarbercrumble. Ook voor fijne gesprekken was je welkom bij haar, maar de stilte omarmde ons van het eerste moment dat we er toekwamen. Wij komen hier alleszins terug. Het is een verborgen pareltje."
