Central-putiikkihotellin jokaisessa huoneessa on yksinkertainen koristelu ja perusmukavuudet. Niissä on yhdessä oma kylpyhuone. Brunssi tarjoillaan päivittäin, ja se sisältää leipää, croissanteja, juustoa ja jogurttia. Pyhän Veren Basilika on vain 200 metrin päässä. Central on 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Groeningemuseumista. Unescon maailmanperintökohteisiin kuuluva Begijnhof on alle 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Ruokapaikkassa tarjoillaan sesongin ruokia ja kalaerikoisuuksia. Terassilla asiakkaat voivat iloita paikallisia belgialaisia oluita, leivonnaisia ja kevyitä aterioita.

"The hotel is very well located, right in the central square, and our windows were also facing the square so we had a great view. The room and the bathroom are both very big and clean."
"The check-in experience was a big fail and there is also some bad smell coming from the shower sometimes. We arrived in the night and we had no instructions whatsoever. We rang the bell for several minutes but no one replied. Eventually after 15 minutes someone opened the door, then we had to wander inside the restaurant to understand where to go, and by chance we found an envelope with our name and the room key. We had to find the way to the hotel, and finally we arrived to our room. Having some clear instructions and someone responsive at the doorbell would definitely help!"

The room was clean and comfortable, and despite the central location, it was quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Great value for money — I would definitely stay here again."
