Hotel The Moon – asiakasarviot
"Sijainti oli erinomainen,EUn rakennuksesta loiva ja kaunis alamäki suoraan vanhaankaupunkiin, jossa hotelli heti edessä jai viihtyisällä aukiolla, illalla kaikkea mukavaa ympärillä ja aamulla melkein vieressä päärautatieasema, josta suoraan pääsi lentokentälle pääteasemana."

"location was very central and close to the train station - couldn't as for better. It was in a busy area but the noise didn't bleed much at all. Staff were very nice. I got everything I paid for."
"minimal facilities in room - no fridge, coffee tea etc at all. I had to give reception my key whenever I left, which makes sense but felt awkward. Noises in the hallway were very loud in the room."
"Although I booked a couple of hours in advance, I found a very spacious room with a television, wardrobe and heating, all working perfectly, and the room was equipped with all the comforts available"

"Great location in the middle of Brussels, couldn't be located any better to explore"
"3 out of the 4 staff members were terrific, but on the morning of the 26th December on our check in, the staff member was incredibly rude, we were taken back by the way he acted"
"Well 1st of all a big thank you to a guy on reception sorry I don't know your name but he gave me a room on the 2nd floor because I was struggling with my mobility which was greatly appreciated the hotel is in a great place a few minutes from brussels central station and a minute from the grand place and there's all kinds of cafes shops n bars nearby and for me 1 of the best locations in brussels"
"All good"
"Great location. Literally walked out if the front door & you was in the Christmas Market. Only across road from The Grote Market square."
"Lot of stairs being on 3rd floor, but I knew that when I booked it. A try"
"I like the reception guys they were very kind and helpful."
"The location is amazing everything under your knee."
"Top location, great 24/7 accessibility, and very helpful staff. The hotel is open around the clock, which is incredibly convenient, and the communication beforehand was detailed and accurate — everything I found on arrival matched the information provided. The room and the bathroom are genuinely tiny — that’s the only drawback, but it wasn’t an unpleasant surprise, more of a funny detail. And with that in mind: the value for money is exceptional. I would definitely stay here again."

"As there was only two of us travelling we had the annex of the building. It did however provide us with great privacy and it was very comfortable. The host was very polite and helpful and said we could contact him if we needed anything. This is always good for a level of communication that makes you feel welcome."
