Sisustussuunnittelija Manuel Vraux de S. Laranjeiron sisustama boutique-majoitusliike on lämminhenkinen majapaikka 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä trendikkäästä Avenue Louisesta. Ilmainen Internetyhteys on käytettävissä kaikissa huoneissa. Neufchatelin tyylikkäissä huoneissa on laadukkaat kalusteet ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on sadesuihku. Niissä on yhdessä LED-tv yli 40 kansainvälisellä kanavalla. Buffetaamiainen tarjoillaan päivittäin, ja hotellin kahden askeleen päässä on useita ravintoloita, kahviloita ja kauppoja. Hotellilta on 800 metriä Louisen metroasemalle ja 50 metriä Jansonin raitiovaunupysäkille (raitiovaunut 81 ja 92), joten asiakkaat pääsevät vaivattomasti Grand-Placelle, Manneken Pis -patsaalle, Atomium-monumentille, Euroopan parlamentille ja BruExpo-messukeskukselle. Neufchatel on 3 metropysäkin päässä Brysselin eteläisestä rautatieasemasta, jossa on TGV- ja Eurostar-yhteydet sekä Ryanairin lentokenttäbussin pysäkki.

"Aivan ihana pieni hotelli :) Rauhallinen ja kodikas tunnelma, hyvä aamupala. Huone oli sopivan kokoinen kahdelle ihmiselle, erittäin hyvä suihku ja sänky. Ainut asia mitä olisimme toivoneet huoneeseen lisää oli pieni jääkaappi, sillä sitä ei ollut. Muuten kaikki oli täydellisesti kahden yön majoittumiseen, erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta :)"

"Erittäin rauhallinen hotelli pariskunnalle (ei liian kaukana keskustasta), siisti ja valoisa huone (siivous erinomaista; kattoikkunat antoivat hyvin valoa, ilmastointi/helteellä viilennyslaite), henkilökunta hyvin avulias ja ystävällinen (etukäteen pyydettyihin opastuksiin tuli tarkat ohjeet, joiden mukaisesti löysimme heti perille), aamupala runsas ja juuri sellainen, mikä meille maistui. Ehdottomasti suosittelemme!"

"The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, in a calm street but still close to shops and restaurants. Each room is decorated differently according to a Belgian personality. Staff was very accommodating, they gave me another room since there was a leak from the ceiling after heavy rainfall, and they even offered me breakfast for the two remaining nights as a compensation. That was very much appreciated."
