"Aamiainen oli hyvä ja runsas. Siivous toimi hyvin. Hyvä äänieristys. Upeat näköalat kulmahuoneesta kerroksesta 24. Hyvä bonus oli lounge!"
"Lounge kerroksessa 24, koskaan ei tiennyt milloin on juomaa ja ruokaa tarjolla. Useasti piti käydä katsomassa tarjonta ja kerran iltapäivällä jopa soittaa respaan, kun kaikki kaapit ja pöydät oli tyhjiä. Huoneessa oli vain kaksi pientä koukkua seinässä päällysvaatteille, niinpä pyyhkeitä ja kylpytakkeja ei saanut roikkumaan mihinkään."
"Deluxe Panorama -huone oli todella vastinetta rahoille, kun pääsi myös nauttimaan Loungesta. Aamiainen oli runsas ja sisälsi vaihtoehtoja moneen makuun."

"Huoneessa oli hyvä valaisinjärjestelmä selkeillä merkinnöillä. Huoneeni valaisinjärjestelmä oli kuitenkin jotenkin rikki ja valot saattoivat sammua huoneesta yhtäkkiä kokonaan. Illalla, kun olin sulkenut jo verhot, valojen yhtäkkiä sammuttua pimeässä huoneessa oli ikävä yrittää haparoida lähimmän valokatkaisijan luo. Huoneen äänieristys ei ollut paras mahdollinen, sillä kadulta kuului yölläkin autojen ääniä ja käytävästä muiden huoneiden ovien kolina."

Every other staff we encountered (male staff at the reception, staff at breakfast area) was not the most pleasant. One would expect a more welcoming attitude at a hotel which sells the stay as an experience."
