"Cleanliness, facilities (fully equipped kitchen, common areas, outdoor space, hand laundry and drying facilities, bikes for free, also SUP, parking for rented car, good strong hot shower and many bathrooms/wc), equipment, strong and reliable Wi-Fi, very good location (supermarkets, Main Street, Friday night market and park, museum and Long Beach all at walking/bike distance), good AC both in the room and in the living room. Excellent communication with the owner/manager Jee before, during and after the stay, very responsive, extremely helpful (day trips, recommendations, plugins adaptors, etc) and friendly. Very quiet. We stayed for 8 nights but we have stayed much longer, ideal for long stays and probably the best quality/price ratio in Koror. I really recommend! (And contrary to other reviews, indeed there are a few dogs in the neighbourhood but they don’t cause any problem)"

"If I were the Michelin commissioner, I would award Happy Villa with three stars: Worth for an independent tour. This place has everything, plus your host will make you feel at home. Our stay was simply too short to enjoy all the options this accommodation offers. It is also positioned well for island exploration. Oh, and not mentioning superb breakfast starting with a healthy shot. You will be in good hands and with a full stack of options for every day of exploration of charming Dominica."

"Easy access to town in c 10 minutes, quiet location, fabulous mountain views with a great sheltered outside seating area. Shared kitchen, laundry and lounge were ideal, well equipped kitchen with double dishwasher and large fridge capacity. It ran very smoothly but entirely without seeing staff. Wanaka was wonderful and Springs Lodge lived up to its location"

Not much! Second drawer of dishwasher, handle was broken Sitting areas for each room open onto shared area, so some might feel a lack of privacy, and each one has 2 chairs and a table, but only one cushion (ok not a problem but a bit odd).

"Warm and cozy for the winter. New building, electric keylocs. Cozy bed with clean sheets and towels. My room also featured a hairdryer, although it isn’t mentiones in the amenities."

There were a lot of roaches in the bathroom, quite impressive to still find these in December. I was provided with the access codes 2 hours after the check-in time, although i tries reaching out to them several times (booking, call and text message). They finally replied with the codes only about 20 mins before I got to the place.

"It is very cozy and amazing place. I like not very big hotels with warm attitude from all of stuff. And this hotel is admirable according my choice. Not very big, near old center of the city, quite cheap, very clean and with gorgeous owners. The breakfast is separate song in this story)) It was huge, very tasty and very Georgian. "The traditional Cypriot style and the charming little decorations perfectly matched my taste. The small balcony outside the room was so cute and cozy. The homemade meal had a unique flavor I had never experienced before and made me feel healthy. The hosts were very kind and happily explained the village bus schedule and how to get to our destinations. They gave my sister and me an unforgettable memory. "Easy to reach from Ljubljana, yet outside in nature fir those preferring to detach from the city at least for a bit. Comfortably arranged room, with AC. And what was most important for us - also four legged family members accepted with a smile! We absolutely LOVED the individual garden entrance we had to our room, perfect for travelers like us - with kids & dogs. In other reviews people were complaining about the train. While train tracks indeed are behind the building, in the two days spent we did not hear any train… perhaps we slept so well or simply the line is not busy at all. I think we will come back 🙂"

"Everything was ok, the accommodation is very near to the airport, only about 15 minutes walk, so it´s great if you have long hours to wait for your next flight. Also, you can find many restaurants and cafeterias around and the neighborhood looked good and safe."

"This was a surprisingly quiet, super well maintained accommodation on the outskirts of Lira. A great stopover spot on the way to/from Kidepo NP with a beautiful tranquil garden in which you can enjoy breakfast."

The smaller cabins are a little tightly packed together, but not an issue unless you're on honeymoon 🤗

"This place was so comfy and cozy! I arrived at 7:30am from an overnight flight and they let me in and got me coffee to start and i was able to relax by the pool until a room was ready for me. The beds are so comfy and there's a lot of space. it's a very quiet street. Safe area you can walk around. They let me store my luggage on the day I was leaving as I had a later flight."

"Hotellin johtaja ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja huolehti hyvin vieraista. Rakennus ei ole uusi, mutta sen näkee hotellin esittelykuvistakin, jotka vastaavat hyvin todellisuutta. Kaikki oli kuitenkin siistiä ja puhdasta. Sänky oli hyvä ja huoneen ilmastointi toimi."

Ei sovi liikkumisrajoitteisille, paljon portaita. Tosin koko tämä vanhan kaupungin alue on maaston ja vanhojen katujen vuoksi paikoin vaikeakulkuista, eli sama koskee koko aluetta.

"Located five minutes from the Jesuit ruins, the Posada Maria is a good base for exploring the region. The hotel is very clean and modern and has everything you need for a short stay. The pool is great to cool off on the warm summer days and the breakfast is amazing, a true continental one with delicious bread (hard to come by in South America) and a good variation of products. We had dinner here as well, which was super good as well. German kitchen, but refreshing after our month travelling around! Staff is very kind and friendly and can give tips and advice! When the rain started dripping through the roof into our room, we immediately got another one. Very smooth!"

Bed a little harder than our preference but I think that’s normal! We supplied our own music, frequent power cuts but the generator kicked in quickly.

"This hotel was absolutely charming. Everything felt easy and relaxed, and everyone was incredibly helpful and chill from the moment I arrived. I loved my room, the beach, the food… honestly, everything. A special mention to Rudi at the breakfast restaurant — she was truly lovely and made my morning better with the delicious mimosa she prepared for me. I ended up extending my stay by one more night, and the team helped me move everything seamlessly to my new room. Since it was raining and I was leaving that day, they even proactively offered to put some of my clothes in the dryer because they had been hanging outside, which was such a thoughtful touch. I can’t wait to go back. Waking up to those views is something I’ll never forget — everything was just perfect."

My only complaint is about the bed… it was hanging in the middle and was really noise. Needs a new bed.

"Good location near the main street with bus stop and supermarkets and restaurants. Room is clean and bathroom is newly renovated. Although the room is next to a main street there was no traffic noise. Great with parking included and breakfast included. Good with some cookies and dried wasa bread and coffee is available all day."

The wardrobe in the room was broken, the door cannot be opened. A towel for the floor in the bathroom was missing. The breakfast is a simple business breakfast and not a holiday breakfast buffet. Stairs to come to your room. So if you have luggage it is a bit trouble.

"We loved our time at Malcolm Lodge. It was perfectly located on such beautiful grounds. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. Paulette went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and allowed us to have friends over that we hadn't seen in 15 years. We were made to feel very welcome."
