Tunnetun Pamporovon hiihtokohteen rinteillä sijaitseva Elitza Villa on vehreän mäntymetsän keskellä. Se tarjoaa suomalaisen saunan sekä hyvin varustetun kuntosalin. Kaikissa villoissa on kivitakan ympärillä sijaitseva oleskelualue. Niihin kuuluu sen lisäksi ilmainen Wi-Fi ja satelliitti-tv. "This was a great house with all the facilities we needed for a 5 night stay. We were a group of 9 which is probably the maximum this house can take, the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but was fine for our shorter trip. Everything worked really well and the hotel this villa is connected to had great facilities like a sauna and hottib which were free to use. The host was great, the location for this villa is slightly incorrect on this site as it was a bit further out than we expected but the host was helpful in getting us transport everymoring to the ski centers."
