Tämä rantamajoituspaikka paikallistuu Ravdan keskustassa vain 3 km Nessebarista etelään. Residenssiin kuuluu meren äärellä sijaitseva vesirentoutumisalue, kulinaarinen universumi ja maksuton kuntokeskus. Useimmissa Peter-hotellirakennen huoneissa on oma merelle avautuva parveke. Joistakin huoneista on käynti näköalaterassille. Kaikissa huoneissa on ilmastointi ja pieni jääkaappi. Useimmissa huoneissa on yhdessä taukoalue, jossa on sohva ja sohvapöytä. WiFi-yhteyttä voi käyttää ilmaiseksi vastaanotossa. Majatalo aseteltu vain 50 metrin päässä lähimmältä hiekkarannalta. Asiakkaat voivat niin ikään kävellä Ravdan päärannalle alle 10 minuutissa. Sunny Beach aseteltu vain 8 km:n päässä. Peter-putiikkihotellin allasterassilla on aurinkotuoleja ja -varjoja. Asiakkaat voivat niin ikään varata rentouttavan hieronnan. Kulinaarinen Universumissa on tarjolla paikallisia ja kansainvälisiä ruokia. Juomia on saatavilla altaan reunalla olevasta kahvila-baarista, ja saatavilla on buffetaamubuffet.
