"The staff and team on site were very friendly and helpful, everything was nice and clean even the washrooms in the foyer area. The location was excellent for exploring downtown Vancouver and the views from the hotel across the city to the water at either side are amazing, we were lucky enough to be on the 30th floor."

"Hotel room was impeccably clean. We had a room with a lounge area and kitchenette of really good size. The bathroom was generous in size and all facilities were modern, comfortable and pleasant to the eye. Staff were very helpful (within a busy hotel). We couldn’t fault in any way. My partner used the swimming pool (another plus). We would stay again. Hotel is convenient for the city centre train (direct to the airport) and walking around Downtown is easy from here."
"Our room was on the 29th floor ( we were okay with that for a weekend ). The view was really amazing - but be aware of that if you don’t like heights! We checked in without a car and went to the North Tower. If on foot we think it’s best to go to the other side."

"The floor to ceiling windows across the entire room framed perfectly the beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. We arrived very early on a Sunday morning and they had our room ready by 10am which we greatly appreciated. We are back in Vancouver in a few weeks and will definitely stay again."
