"Kaunis historiallinen hotelli, keskeisellä sijainnilla mukavan pienen aukion reunalla. Helppo tulla funikulaarilla rautatieasemalta. Aamupala oli loistavaa, varsinkin listalla erikseen tilattavat lämpimät ruoat. Alakerran ja kattoterassin ravintolat tarjosi upeaa ruokaa tai juomaa."

"We arrived late and it wasn't clear there was a funicular, but would have looked for it if the checking in notes had emphasised it. Would have been a 30 metre carry not .5 kilometre skate down the hill!"
"Lovely staff at the front desk and information on the desk really helped me make the most of the day and a half I was there. Luckily found out there was the Long Lake Festival on so I really enjoyed the concerts I saw, as well as exploring the art gallery, promenade and mountain funiculars and walks. Lugano blew me away in fact, and this hotel was perfectly located for everything to offer in the city. A very buzzing restaurant downstairs and their sister pizzeria was very good (discounted for guests)"
