Hotel Jakob – asiakasarviot
"Location is incredible. Staff was the best part of the stay. Extremely kind!"
"The rooms could use some up keeping, perhaps some new upholstery and I would have loved a mini fridge in the room or coffee machine/kettle for warm beverages in the off hours."
"Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room."
"My room was very hot when I arrived and I couldn't get the air-conditioning to work. It didn't seem to be responding. The room safe door was a very tight fit and was a bit fiddly to open."
"A family run hotel in a perfect location in the old town part of Rapperswill. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, they made a lone travel feel very welcome."

"Extra early breakfast on the day of the Sri Chinmoy marathon swim on 3.8.25 was a great and very appreciated surprise. Thanks a lot for this to the whole team!"
"Church bells in the night."
"Small, but pleasant room. Bathroom almost as big as the bedroom! The staff showed the right amount of unobtrusive friendliness"
"I know my wife would not have liked the obscured class in the bathroom. She still has the feeling of being exposed!"
"I stayed in a single room which was small but perfectly adequate for a one night stay. The breakfast was included in the price and really quite good - with lots of choice and good quality. The staff were very friendly and allowed me to leave my luggage till lunch time so that I could take a trip out of town to Bauma to travel on the Zurich Oberland steam train. The hotel is right in the centre of the old town and only a short walk from the station."
"The room rate was higher than equivalent hotels I had stayed in in other Swiss towns."
"Location to station and village sights. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast options and dinner options good. Room clean and roomy for what I needed"

"Bear in mind that there’s a city clock with a bell ringing every 15 min. If you are a sensitive sleeper, it’s gonna be hard"

"Erinomainen sijainti. Hyvä huone riittävällä varustetasolla. Hiljainen alue. Lähellä paljon kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Hyvä yhteydenpito hotellin puolelta, pitää ollakin koska kohde on respaton hotelli. Kaikki ohjeet ym. tuli ajoissa. Hintalaatu -suhde erinomainen."
