Hotel Palafitte tarjoaa asiakkaille ylelliset paviljongit, joista on ihastuttava näköala Neuchâtel-järvelle ja Alpeille. Paviljongeista puolet on rakennettu paalujen varaan järven päälle. Kaikki paviljongit ovat kooltaan 68 m², ja niissä on poreallas, Nespresso-kahvinkeitin, ilmastointi, henkilökohtainen tietokone ilmaisella internetyhteydellä, ilmainen langaton internetyhteys ja väritulostin. Paviljongeissa on yhdessä plasmatelevisio, jonka yhteydessä on DVD- ja CD-soitin sekä surround sound -kotiteatterijärjestelmä. Veden päälle rakennettujen paviljonkien omilta terasseilta on suora pääsy järveen. Palafitte-hotellin tyylikäs ruokailupaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille hienostuneita sveitsiläisiä ja kansainvälisiä ruokia. Saapuessaan asiakkaat saavat ilmaisen lipun Neuchâtelin joukkoliikenteeseen.

"The only downside was the parking: it’s quite small, and if there’s no space near the entrance, your car ends up in a rough dirt lot with holes, which feels extremely out of place for such a beautiful hotel."

"I have been planning to visit this hotel for quite some time, and I am happy the experience met my expectations. I strongly recommend booking the lake pavilion as it is very nice to wake up and go for a swim in the lake in the morning. The pavilion is spacious and well equipped. The bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast selection was wide and the food was very good. I also recommend to book a massage - it takes place in your pavilion, so it is very convenient, and the massage therapist is really good - my back pain went away for several days! It was a nice touch - getting a tourist book with tickets to nearly all the museums in the area and free bus passes. Puddle boards are free for hotel guests - it is a must do activity when the lake is calm. And there are bikes to rent - we took it for an hour and the price was reasonable."
"My husband visited this hotel for the first time nearly 10 years ago, so of course the rooms have some wear and tear, hopefully it will be taken care of and I will be definitely returning here."

"Todella ystävällinen ja mukava henkilökunta!!! Kiitos! Tosi hyvin organisoitu kaikki! Todella siistiä! Petivaatteet ja pyyhe kuuluu hintaan. Sijainti oli täydellinen, keskellä kaikkea. Lentokentälle pääsee S16-junalla, eikä tarvitse menna Hauptbahnhofin kautta. Eka huone oli pienempi, toinen iso, jossa oli kulmaikkunat, joista ihana näkymä Grossmunsterille. Kahvia ja teetä saatavilla ilmaiseksi. Tulisin uudelleen!"
