Hotel Palü sijoitettu 1 777 metriä merenpinnan yläpuolella Pontresinan vieressä. Sen moderneista huoneista on massiivistomaisemat, ja niissä on ilmainen WiFi. Paikallisista tuotteista valmistettuja kauden ruokia voi arvostaa aamiaishuonessa tai ulkona terassilla. Majoitus on sisustettu mäntypuulla, ja niissä on oma kylpyhuone ja satelliitti-tv. Pontresinaan on 5 minuutin ajomatka, ja siellä on pubeja ja ravintoloita.

"The property is in a very nice location. Our room faced the mountain, so we had great views to wake up to. There’s also a great restaurant within the hotel. Great service! The staff are just wonderful! I will definitely be back to stay here."
"The only thing I would say, and it’s not even a big problem, is that we couldn’t park our car directly outside the hotel. Parking is a little further across the road. But there’s plenty of parking there."
"The breakfast is excellent with a lot of choice and the location at the foot of the Bernina pass is ideal, not so much for those arriving via public transport as the hotel is a short distance from the town. However, the parking is good and the hotel has four chargers for those with EV's. A definite plus for me."
"A double duvet would have been good as would a slightly firmer pillow. As it was, the single duvet was barely large enough to cover the mattress. The down pillow didn't have nearly enough feathers and was not at all supportive. Consequently, I didn't have very good sleep on any of the three nights."

"Great value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. While there is no electric kettle in the room, there is a possibility to get hot water in caffe, during breakfast. It's also worth mentioning delicious bread that one could get for the breakfast. I could recommend the restaurant in the hotel, they have an amazing grill menu!"
"Mostly related to transportation. The closest train station is Surovas. However, it's a bit difficult to get to the hotel from there as there is a spot, along the road, without the sidewalk. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, but keep in mind that catching a bus after 17:00 could be a problem."
