"The Roots Hotel in Abidjan was the perfect choice for our stay in Abidjan. The rooms were clean, spacious and very cozy. The room service did a great job in keeping everything nice and clean and it was very responsive and quick about any requests for additional kitchen items or the like. For breakfast, the hotel offers a delicious buffet with a vast choice of varying dishes. The most positive and appealing aspect was the friendly and helpful staff as well as the owner of the place: they are very forthcoming with ideas for any kinds of errands (if you don't know the city). The owner even drove us to a local market with her car for last-minute grocery shopping on our last day in Abidjan, as it was on her way anyway, and offered us to prepare a room just for us to being able to take a shower before our flight back home. In short: I can absolutely recommend the Roots Hotel!"

They deserve a rise or a promotion, they are the leaving proof of excellent customer service. The security Koné was also friendly and did not hesitate to assist whenever we needed him. Another gem is the guy offering Aqua gym lessons, he was simply amazing. "
