IFC Residence asemoi ihanteellisella paikalla ikonisessa rakennuksessa Lujiazuin finanssialueella. Majoituspaikasta on noin 3 minuutin kävelymatka Jin Mao Towerille, Shanghai World Financial Centreen, Shanghai Towerille ja Oriental Pearlin tv-tornille. Majoituspaikassa on sisäuimakeskus ja ylellisiä huoneistoja, joiden kaksinkertaisista ikkunoista avautuvat perspektiivit joko puistoon tai kuuluisalle Bundin alueelle. Asiakkaiden käytettävissä on sekä ilmainen langallinen internet että WiFi. IFC Residence aseteltu aivan Lujiazuin metroaseman (linja 2) yläpuolella, noin 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Bundin alueesta. Shanghain meriakvaario on noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä ja New International Expo Centreen on noin 20 minuutin ajomatka. Pudongin kansainväliselle lentoasemalle on noin 40 minuutin ajomatka. Shanghain Disneylandiin on samoin noin 40 minuutin ajomatka. Kaikki huoneistot ovat hyvin sisustettuja, ja niissä on miellyttävän neutraalit sävyt ja runsaasti luonnonvaloa. Jokaisessa keittiössä on liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja astianpesukone. Huoneistoissa on niin ikään iPod-telakka, Blu-ray-soitin, pesukone ja silitysvälineet. Majoituspaikka on ottanut käyttöön pääilmanvaihto- ja vesijohtojärjestelmän ultraviolettidesinfioinnin. Muuten ilmansuodatin on asennettu. Asiakkaat voivat treenata hyvin varustetussa kuntokeskuksessa. Majoituspaikassa on samoin puutarha, aurinkoterassi, lasten leikkipaikka ja bisneskeskus. Kävelyetäisyydellä IFC Residencestä on monia erilaisia ruokapaikkoja. Majoituspaikan aamiaishuonessa tarjoillaan päivittäin mannermainen brunssi.

"Food was great. View is exceptional. Staff english was good and was VERY helpful. Highly recommend staying at IFC. The IFC Mall is something else. Again, the view and location is superb. very close to metro line."

"Location which is abutting the IFC mall with direct access to Lujiazui station, the mall had a supermarket, some staff spoke English, FF&E of the hotel, very well maintained FF & E. I was in IFC in 2016. When I stay there in Dec 2025 until Jan 2026, the state of the original FF & E had my jaw dropped.. Extremely well maintained."
"Most staff still do not speak English. After 10 years, very little effort given to staff ability to speak English. Needs to be more efficient with Tabao delivery. Two of my items found after I left Shanghai and 1 item was never found. Just needs to have a better delivery system for Tabao items. Offering Muslims menu is something IFC must implement and no longer ignore. So many Arab guests and myself are Muslims. One AC in main bedroom remained as heater even though I had set to cooling at 20 deg C. A technician came but situation remains the same. Time to diagnose the condition and repair if must. Full height mirror should be provided in living room or to save cost, provide at all lift lobbies."

"I feel relaxed in IFC due to atmosphere, furniture, friendly staff, perfect location and cozy rooms. IFC luxury mall is underneath and more affordable Super Brand Store across the road. Tallest skyscrapers next door as well as TV tower. You can access Old Town through underground sightseeing tunnel behind TV tower."
"The breakfast can be a little bit more interesting, also USB port in TV is always blocked and this is meaningless local TV without any options to connect own devices."
