"After I got moved to better room,everything was great."
First night had some very noisy drunk neighbours playing crappy music at 3am .. I think the staff need to be stricter on that..

Falta orientacion para los huespedes que recien llegan, a fin de saber proactivamente si requerimos de algo, calidad de servicio al cliente.

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Amalia Titicaca Lodge! Everything about it was fantastic – the lodge itself, the surroundings, and the food, which truly exceeded our expectations. But what made our experience truly special was Juan. He cared for us in such a warm, personal, and authentic way, putting his heart into making everything unique. "The hotel is perfect! Best in Pucallpa. Spotlesly clean, large rooms, king bed.Beautiful bathroom. Seems very new. Large and very beautiful swimming pool. Very nice breakfast. Staff always very kind and ready to help. Highly recommended! This is an oasis in a busy city. Seems like a different world."
The only thing that I did not like was the loud music coming from the pool bar. But every time when I asked, it was kindly turned down. Also, I find 11am too late for pool to be accessible. Would have liked to swim before breakfast.
