"- nice apartment with everything you need - outside area to sit (although with a wall in front of your head but ok) - Entry is via WhatsApp information (code for the entrance door of the area - code for the key box where the key for the apartment is located - private parking space in front of the door on the street - 5 minute walk to the beach"

"- noisy as it is right on the thoroughfare of Santa Teresa - Bathroom door is a wooden sliding door that is very stiff - it should be optimized - Fan directly above the bed which sounds like a helicopter even at the lowest setting :-D - not usable for sleeping at night"

"Het appartement is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie is top!"

"Het heeft ons niet gestoord maar ‘s nachts hoor je af en toe verkeer of mensen voorbij komen die een feestje hebben meegepakt. Dus voor de lichte slapers; oortjes mee:)"

"Die Wohnung hatte eine nette Atmosphäre durch viele Holzelemente. Wir fanden die voll ausgestattete Küche für Selbstverpflegung super, außerdem ist die Lage sehr zentral."

"Very clean, safe and quiet compound. 5 min walk from Jaco beach. Located on the main street with a lot of food options. The apartment is clean, well equipped. The only disadvantage is that washer machine is not functioning. But the host offered us one laundry, free of charge. Communication with host was quick and reliable. Would stay there again..."
