Mindelo Bay Apartment

"Apartment located close to the center of Mindelo. You may walk or take a taxi for 2-3 €.Two separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were great for 4 adults. Shower gel, soap, toilet paper provided, as well as towels. Big kitchen, dining area and living room area with a sofa and big tv screen. Good wifi connection in the whole apartment. A small balcony with a city and sea view was a bonus. We were able to reach the host by phone thanks to our local guide Suzy and he met us at the location. Small streets do not have names nor do houses have numbers, so it is pretty confusing and might bo difficult for foreign tourists to find their way the first time they get to Mindelo. Our host was nice and accomodating, though we had seen him only upon arrival. All in all the stay in Mondelo was a wonderful experience for our small group."

"The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (4th US), no lift, only fairly steep steps. Not very comfortable with luggage, shopping, or after a full day of sightseeing. There were no blankets provided (we were there in January), there were just sheets to cover yourself with, which as not sufficient for us. We asked the host for blankets or other covers, but he did not supply any."

"Die Wohnung ist wirklich außergewöhnlich schön und im europäischen Stil eingerichtet. Man hat gleich so ein wow Erlebnis, wenn man das Apartment betritt. Für vier Personen ideal,, es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, Mückenschutzgitter, eine riesengroße Küche, zwei Bäder, sogar einen Fernseher. Den haben wir ausnahmsweise auch genutzt, weil wir tatsächlich zwei Tage Regen hatten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war auch sehr positiv. Die Lage ist gut, man benötigt circa 5 Minuten bis zum Strand und etwa 15 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. In der Nähe gibt es aber nette kleine Restaurants und auch einen Supermarkt und Bäcker. Absolute Empfehlung.!"

"Nichts, nur Kleinigkeiten wie die nicht gut funktionierenden Duschabläufe. Man muss auch immer die Bedingungen vor Ort berücksichtigen, natürlich hat man nicht den exakt selben Standard wie in Deutschland das erwarte ich auch gar nicht."

"Pressão da água é muito pouca, acredito que seja algo difícil de resolver pelo proprietário. Porta dos armários da cozinha a precisarem de reparo, torneira da cozinha precisa de ser trocada."

"El apartamento está muy moderno y bien equipado. Está a 7 minutos andando desde la playa. También se puede ir al centro andando (15-20 min). Si no tenéis el coche, hay una parada del bus a 2 min del apartamento. El propietario fui muy atento, solucionando cualquier duda o pregunta."
