"Sidney, besides being a host, is a great person. He helped us with our unforeseen car rental and was at our disposal during the day until the problem was solved. The house is lovely! Everything impeccable, clean and he brings us breakfast every day and helps us plan our day. We don't speak English or Spanish and he made an effort to understand us and was 100% attentive! The house is close to the centre of Otrabanda (about 10/15 minutes walking) and there is a very close market that you can go on foot in a few minutes. I 100% recommend the hosting and I would be back for sure!"

"I loved my stay at Turquoise B&B! Sidney and Normelien are truly exceptional hosts, they made me feel very welcome in Curaçao. It was my first time travelling there, and have I stayed anywhere else, I don’t think I’d be able to connect as well with the local culture and things happening on the island. I felt very much at home! Sidney gave me great tips about good restaurants and things to see, and was always available for questions. The house has all the needed amenities and is centrally located, walking distance to the pontoon bridge, and very close to a bus stop. This made it easy for me to commute around the island. I also loved the garden in the back of the house. Turquoise B&B is very peaceful and like a home on the other side of the world. I’d love to come back!"

"Sydney is a really great host! He wants to help you with everything, knows a lot of good places. The room and bathroom are also very clean. It should be said that these are separated from your bedroom. Every morning you get a nice breakfast, which is different from the pictures on booking, but still very decent. Especially with the current prices in Curaçao! I would recommend this b&b if you want to explore Willemstad!"

"The location isn’t ideal, you can sometimes hear quite a bit of noise from the road. It didn’t bother me too much, but if you’re someone who likes to go to bed early, it might get annoying. The surroundings of the B&B also feel a bit uninviting, to say the least. On the other hand, it’s only a 10-minute walk to the center of Willemstad, which does make up for a lot of it."

"Sydney was very helpful and nice throughout our whole stay, and helped with our boat tour to Klein Island, renting a car, and other information. You can walk to the Punda which has everything you need, safe, clean, and comfortable! Definitely recommend it!"

"My husband and I had an amazing stay at Turquoise Dream! Sidney, our host, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our trip to Curaçao unforgettable. He helped us plan our daily activities each morning, giving us good tips about how to get around in the city, which places to go to for sunbathing, scuba diving etc Breakfast was homemade—not fancy, but balanced and gave us the energy we needed for days full of exploring. We had the whole house to ourselves as the other room was not booked. The facilities were great. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed was comfortable, the bedroom has air conditioning and the shower was fantastic. The backyard was spacious, with a clothesline—perfect for drying things after all our beach days. The location is very convenient both for going on foot to the city center or for riding your rented cars to the south or north beaches. We really thank Sidney for going above and beyond during our stay."
