"Excellent in every way: helpful staff, spacious and bright room, right next to a metro station. There was a free bottle of wine and discount cards. Good pizza restaurant next door. Very good value owing to its location, with easy access by metro to the main areas of interest."

"The staff was really helpful and kind, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good and they included the city pass and lots of other presents."

"The breakfast was extremely varied. It was also constantly being topped up by the extremely attentive staff so everything was fresh. The room and linens were very clean. All the staff were friendly and approachable. We felt very secure and safe in the room, the building and the area. The hotel was very close to the metro and the tram that could take us into the Old Town and out to the O2 arena. We were given free drink vouchers and free bottles of water on check out, both of which were welcome surprises. There was tea and coffee making facilities. Although we didn't drink it, the complimentary wine was also a nice touch. Overall, we were impressed"
