"Everyone seems to have worked there a long time, and they all seem so happy there. A cohesive team from the front desk, to maintenance/grounds, security & housekeeping. All the staff is so professional, and friendly and super helpful. They have an elevator, which is great, in case you have a hard time getting around. We loved watching the kiters out front, so relaxing. There is a sweet restaurant right beside there called Casa Raina, which we went back to. They will help you get a Taxi they usually recommend to all guests, the drivers are very reliable, and got us safely to the airport. So very clean and spacious, with everything you need for cooking in the condo. Would highly recommend! Met guests there that have stayed several times before. Warm and friendly vibe from all the other guests we chatted with there. Everyone just seemed so satisfied and happy. Felt like home for a week, didn't even want to leave:) The ocean out front was so clean, and the pool was fantastic!"

"The dinners in the A La Carte Restaurants were amazing. The new pier on the beach front is awesome. The view is spectacular. The staff are always friendly and happy. The room was very spacious and the air conditioning kept the room cool."

"I really loved my stay here, the hotel is right on the sea front but feels more tucked away than some of the hotels on playa bonita. The room was very clean, cosy and comfortable and I especially appreciated the abundance of hot water (which wasn't always a guarantee at other places I stayed!). Breakfast each morning is simple but enough to set you up for the day, we ate at the hotel once for lunch and it was delicious! It's a bit of a drive into Las Terrenas itself but I personally prefer being in a more peaceful environment and able to drive to town than the other way around."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfasts were very good. The location is excellent – the beach is just a short walk away, which was perfect. There is also a shop right around the corner and several small bars and restaurants nearby where you can enjoy a nice meal. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!"

"This place was so comfy and cozy! I arrived at 7:30am from an overnight flight and they let me in and got me coffee to start and i was able to relax by the pool until a room was ready for me. The beds are so comfy and there's a lot of space. it's a very quiet street. Safe area you can walk around. They let me store my luggage on the day I was leaving as I had a later flight."

"The staff was absolutely amazing—so helpful, friendly, and kind. They were also really open to sharing their cultures, which made the experience even better. From the front desk team (both day and night), to the bar staff on the evening and night shifts, to the restaurant floor team and the folks at Suspiros Bakery Deli—everyone was just wonderful. It was genuinely comforting and enjoyable talking with all of them. What a great team!"
