"Security was strong, which made me feel that the neighborhood maybe a problem. During the day, the neighborhood is busy, but clears out totally at night. The hotel itself was clean and of good value. The staff was helpful."

"Zentrale Lage, unkomplizierter und schneller Check in, Klimaanlage im Zimmer, ruhig. Sehr sicher. Das Zimmer war funktional, groß und für eine Nacht absolut in Ordnung."

"Sauberkeit hatte etwas besser sein können, Raumaufteilung im Bad ist etwas ungünstig: eine riesige Dusche, die den halben Raum einnimmt, dafür wenig Platz vor den WC (sollte man um 90 Grad drehen). Sehr kleine Fenster."

"Rooms are lovely. Well equipped and beautifully decorated. Beautiful bathroom too. And a great view from the balcony. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were both excellent and I enjoyed a great conversation with Mamá Hilda after dinner and in the morning too. There are quite a lot of activities available to do in Chugchilán. I would have enjoyed to stay 2 or 3 nights there just to relax instead of only an overnight stay during the Quilotoa Loop."
