"Air conditioning is available only on the 2nd floor, so sleeping on the 1st floor was not so comfortable. Kitchen area is quite narrow."

"Very nice house with large terrace equipped with everything you need for grilling and relaxing. Location is superb - just a walking distance from everything (restaurants, groceries, bus station etc). Owners are easy to communicate with and very helpful. First and second floor can be used also separately as there is a kitchen and sitting area on both floors (large area on the 1st floor and small on the 2nd floor). The house sleeps comfortably 9 people, couches on both floors can be used for additional sleeping places. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the terrace and nice weather!"
"As we had a group of 11 people, we needed to use to couches for sleeping, but as they are large enough, it was not a problem. It also gets a bit hot on the 2nd floor during sunny summer days, but with air conditioning in the kitchen/sitting area it's possible to cool it down."

"Excellent location in the very center of Otepaa, but with a private yard and quiet around. House looked new and nicely furnished. Easy to set up sauna or hot tub. All the needed dishes, pans, mixing bowls were included. TV was new with some streaming platforms already available, and hdmi cable. Comfortable and cozy place."

"Sijainti oli lähellä järveä. Auton sai parkeerata tien reunaan ikkunan alle, talon edustalle, johon mahtui myös naapuriasunnon auto. Rauhallinen alue. Asunto oli remontoitu nykypäivän kriteereillä. Paikka oli siisti ja asunto oli hiljainen. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi, jopa kylpypyyhkeet. Sänky oli mukava. Ainut mitä kaivattiin, oli yksi tuoli lisää alakerrassa, joku jakkara. Suosittelen asuntoa lämpimästi. Asunto sopii hyvin yksin tai kahdestaan maktkustaville. Voitaisiin hyvinkin majoittua uudelleen."

"The apartment was spotless clean, in a quiet building, 100m from the main city square. An affordable groceries shop was very close. There were some things in the fridge you could buy at a very affordable price. Everything in the apartment was new, the coffee machine made wonderful coffee! We will definitely want to go back."
