"Excellent stay. Perfect room, very professional cleaners, friendly reception, and great staff overall. The location is slightly away from the main tourist centre, but they allowed early check-in and cancelled an extra night due to a flight change without hesitation. Extremely grateful for the flexibility and service."

"It's atmosphere was great, and the amenities, except for the internet was terrific"
"You really need to have a better internet service, as most of us are dependent on the internet to keep our businesses and contacts ongoing. Please get a stronger signal and have it reach all of the rooms"
"The service at the Hilton, Addis Ababa was outstanding as always: we were really made to feel at home, and very well looked after. Breakfast was excellent and the gym, pool and spa were all good. The room service menu is rather limited and some of the physical infrastructure is a bit tired but it remains a great place to stay!"
"The room service menu is rather limited, as is the bar menu for food."
