"- Looks better than on pictures - Clean - Has everything that you need - Nice balcony - Parking spot just for you - You can go to bakery by foot, center is a 5 minute drive and you can park at the supermarket parking, I think it is 2€/hr. There are always some spots available - The other beach we have found is a 10 minute drive - The pool looks nice but we didn't have time to use it - It is quiet"

"We had a very comfortable holiday. It's a small holiday home and has everything you might need in it: dishwasher, washing machine, iron, big TV etc. The kitchen is very useful. The refrigerator is not mini and is quite adequate for a family of 4. The bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. Check-in check-out is very easy. Carrefour and lidl are very close, 3-4 minutes by car. The location is very good, you can discover a different city or beach every day from Nice to Saint Tropez. Sainte Maxime is also a very cute place with all kinds of possibilities, you can have a great time there when you don't want to go away. Also, the pool is very useful and comfortable, your neighbors are nice and calm people. Let me also mention that the house is in a site that is entered with a password and has a parking lot. The hosts are always supportive, friendly, ready to communicate and help. We felt lucky to have discovered this house and to be a guest at Fabienne&Hervé."

"Da wir dieses Apartment von unserem letzten Sommerurlaub (auch ca 3 Wochen) kannten und sehr mochten, hatten wir es dieses Jahr erneut für 20 Tage gebucht. Allerdings als wir nach ca. 15 Stunden Anfahrt, nachts in ein nicht sauberes Apartment reinkamen, war unsere Freude hin. Die Liebe zum Detail, die nach Reinheit duftende Wohnung, die wir vom letzten Jahr kannten, fehlte absolut.: schmieriger Boden, vereister Kühlschrank, schmierige Ablagen, schmieriges Geschirr, etc. Der Vermieter hat natürlich reagiert am nächsten Tag und hat uns Putzmittel und Putzlappen gebracht, aber bis zum früheren Nachmittag bis er kam mit den Sachen, mussten wir die Wohnung mit eigenen mitgebrachten Sachen sauber machen & auch mit den neuen Putzmittel vom Vermieter mussten wir es selbst sauber machen. Echt schade! Wenn die Sauberkeit wieder stimmt, würden wir sehr gerne wieder kommen."

"We saw our host at the beginning and again at the end of the tenancy. Cedric was helpful, showing us where everything was, and he answered our questions. We have had a long relationship with Etaples staying there, visiting Le Tourquet and other local towns. It is a nice short walk to the centre of town, with bars, a brilliant pâtisserie (with coffee) and a boucher, a wonderful butcher, with a vast range of goodies. Le Touquet was most enjoyed by Jess because the sand goes on for miles at low water! There are rides and eateries all along the road behind the beach road."
