"We were there for the Paris marathon - the location is perfect for this event, and more generally to enjoy Paris. The room was really clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. They had a welcome pack for marathon participants, which was quite a nice gesture."

"The room was a bit on the small side. Some access to coffee, especially in the afternoons would have been nice. They do have snacks through the day, but it calls for accompanying coffee. I was not allowed to use the breakfast area to work in the afternoon which was a bit odd, considering it's unused except in the mornings."

"I would like to sincerely thank the housekeeping staff member we interacted with. She was very friendly, kind, and did an excellent job with the cleaning. I would also like to thank the reception team; everyone was welcoming and helpful. I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately experienced a skin reaction during my stay. I developed noticeable fungal breakouts on the side of my face that I sleep on, which strongly suggests it may have been caused by the pillowcase or bedding. This was quite uncomfortable and concerning, especially as I did not change my skincare routine or use any new products. I recommend the hotel pay closer attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of its bed linens and pillows. I hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experience."
