"The flat was modern, clean, cosy and well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Safe access to the entire building is granted with two keys. The balcony provides a fantastic view of the city and the surrounding hills, which is particularly impressive at night. The location is excellent, with easy access to the tram stop, main avenues. There is a good variety of supermarkets in the vicinity. The city centre and the Promenade des Anglais are both within a 30-minute walk. The owner was extremely kind and welcomed us warmly, even coming to say goodbye on the day of our departure. This flat is well-suited for a pleasant stay in a lively neighbourhood of Nice."

"The landlady Nathasha was very helpful and kind. We also liked the location. The property has a nice balcony. And perfect fresh veg and fruit market just down the road! Market was there almost every day!"

"It was a self catering studio, so we cooked our own breakfast every morning whilst we're there for 8 nights. Within a five minute walk from the apartment there two supermarkets, one main French brand and an Aldi."

"5 mins walk to tram, 15 mins walk to Train station, 30 mins walk to beach. Lots of local good value bars and restraunts. Very pleasant staff. Would not hesitate to recommend. Loads of local supermarkets and shops especially the boulangerie."

"The host was friendly and was quick to resolve some minor issues that we've had at the beginning of our stay. The apartment is clean, offers necessary utensils and even basic condiments for cooking. It is conveniently located with a few supermarkets nearby. The train station is reachable by foot in about 12 minutes. Only remark is that we would've benefited from a larger bed."

"L’ oste è stato molto disponibile con i nostri orari. La posizione è ottima, a 10 minuti dal centro e a massimo 15 dalla stazione, da cui si possono raggiungere facilmente tutte le mete principali della Costa Azzurra. Camera pulita e con i servizi descritti durante la prenotazione."

"Staying in this room was just the best thing I've done in a long time! The house is located on the edge of the village. It is a very quite area with a beautiful view from the mountain into the valley including sea view. The room was comfy and super clean and included a big private balcony. We have taken the host in our heart. They are an amazing family with which you can have interesting talks and they are very helpful in finding out where to eat and what activities you can do. But they also give you the space you need. They realize exactely when taking time for their guests and when to leave them alone. It is highly recommended to order their breakfast! They'll serve you selfmade jam (the best I've every eaten), juice, coffee, tea, biscuits, honey from their family... I usually don't go to a place twice but I am for sure will come back!"

"We had a wonderful holiday at L’Hacienda and are recommending it to all our family and friends! Fantastic hosts Corine and Jean-Louis have created a luxury retreat - the gardens and pool area are beautiful and include a top-notch tennis court and boule court which kept our teenage son very happy. The accommodation is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Free EV charging made life very easy. The area has so much to offer, from interesting port towns to plentiful white sand beaches and the majestic Aiguillas de Bavella mountains. But the best bit about our holiday was our hosts! Corin and John-Louis made us feel so welcome, providing so much information for us, helping us to practice our poor French and organising a fabulous day out on a boat. Merci encore pour tout !"

"Spacious, clean, modern apartment - a real home from home for our 2 week holiday. The terrace was great with beautiful sunset views. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was mostly well equipped. Quiet building (for the most part) with secure parking. We used the pool most days - it isn't a heated pool but thst was fine because it was over 25ºc most days. Great location...10 minute walk into the market and supermarkets. There's so much to do in and around the area and public transport links and cycling infrastructure are great if you want a bit of a rest from the car."
"Nah am Meer, kleine ruhige Strasse, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe, Dorf in machbarer Gehdistanz. Naher privater Parkplatz für einen vernünftigen Preis.Für 2 Personen ideal, für 4 wäre es mir zu klein. Guter schriftlicher Kontakt mit Vermieterin, da sie die ganze Zeit abwesend war."
