"Catherine & her husband made our stay very enjoyable by not only making us feel welcome, but also by providing an exceptional supper and breakfast, mostly sourced locally (including ~ 10 delicious French cheeses!), with many homemade foods, including dessert (an apple pastry) & jams. We would highly recommend Bim Cathele! PS Loved the woodwork (of the building) done by Catherine's husband :)"

"The owners speak French, German and some English, the communication was very effective (above expectations). The rooms and everything looks extremely nice and cozy, with authentic Alsas atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing and enough for the good start of the day, moreover, some products or the table, like honey, are made by the owners themselves! In the room we had bathroom and toilet separately, also a tea corner and a fridge. I wish we could stay there for longer, to look around and to use the discount for more than 3 booked days! Did not want to leave... :) The surroundings look very nice and there is a lot you can see within one-hour car ride."

"Lovely guest house immersed in an idyllic landscape. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check-in pretty late at night. The rooms were extremely clean, spacious, comfortable and nicely set-up in a traditional alsatian style. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, with home-made jams, cake, and local products. I would defnitely recommend it."

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr gute Kommunikation. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts viele gute Tipps bekommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist blendend sauber und urgemütlich. Schönes, individuelles Frühstück am Morgen. Auch das Abendessen, das wir ein Mal gewählt haben, war sehr gut."

"The apartment was very nice and cozy, everything was comfortable. Michel and Sylviane were super friendly and helpful, and we felt really well received. We were driving by car, to visit the various locations in Alsace, so the private parking was super helpful, and the location was really good, close to a highway and we could easily move between the villages."
