"The seaside location was amazing, watching the sea was so calming. The beds were so comfortable we slept in almost every day. The space was huge, and everyone had a place to themselves. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed from breakfast to dinner. It was a short drive to the local shops and the supermarket. We visited Cherbourg (a 50-minute drive) and the La Cité de la Mer which is a museum with an aquarium, a nuclear submarine and a Titanic exhibition. We also visited Sainte-Mer-Èglise (a 35-minute drive) and went to the Airborne Museum, which had one of the best displays of the D-Day landings. If you know the movie 'The Longest Day' from 1964, where the parachutist gets caught on the church, this is the town."

"Fabulous breakfast with home produced jams and fruit. Our host, Chris, was so welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable. The shower was the best I have ever experienced and there was a big choice of shower gel, shampoo, face wash, etc. to use. The guesthouse is situated in a small hamlet, near the coast - an idyllic rural location."

"It’s a quiet area with reasonably close proximity to the seafront. We could walk to restaurants and shops in the same area we enjoyed the breakfast which were copious and it was nicely decorated. it is also very well placed for coastal walks. We stopped at the local tourist office and they gave us some good tips."
