"Great gîte for our family of four including two teenage boys who enjoyed having their own space upstairs. It was nice and cool thanks to shutters everywhere even on very hot days. The hosts were very welcoming and kind - our French is not great but we got by fine. Great location for a short walk to the boulangerie in the morning through the park and only a short drive to Amboise which was lovely too."

"An absolute gem of a property. We only stayed for a week and was no where near long enough to explore the amazing area of Saint Medard and the surrounding towns and villages. The property itself is superb with everything catered for, there was literally nothing that we needed that wasn't there. The kids loved their room and own bathroom which was plenty distant enough from the main bedroom also with its own en suite. Nicholas and Sylvie are helpful and charming but very discreet and there if and when you need them. The local information provided was amazing and so very helpful. I honestly cannot find fault with Le Mas de Tresse at all and the kids have already told me to rebook for next year which we definitely will. If it's available then book it as you will not be disappointed."

"The location is perfect, walking distance to most of the “must go” places and if you want to go dist 1/2, just cross Seine river. The check in start from 16:00, but we found a bounce luggage storage which is only 100m away from this appointment. The apartment itself is very spacious, quiet , clean and lovely."
