"Perfectly located two bedroom flat with a marvellous terrace overlooking the river and park. We were a family of two adults and two kids and found the place absolutely ideal for our needs. The hosts are beautiful, responsive and attentive."

"Apartment in typical Amienoise house was very nice indeed. Spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The balcony/terrace overlooking the river and neighbouring park really adds to the space and light in the apartment, as well as being very pleasant to eat or sit. Hortillon is extremely well located, just round the corner from the Quai Belu where the main restaurants are and 5-10 minutes walk from the cathedral square and shops. Cathedral son-et-lumiere a jaw-dropping must-see and boat tour of Les Hortillonages gardens also a highlight. Very easy to get out of town to visit the Somme Valley and WW1 Western Front locations, which is one of the reasons we came here. Host Miguel very helpful, informative and good communication. Thank you."

"WiFi was at best adequate. Underground garage parking space, about 100m north, only suitable for up to a medium-sized hatchback. SUV or estate might struggle to access. Might need to discuss options with host."

"The terrace overlooking the park was wonderful.the location is perfect for exploring the floating gardens cycling along the path by the Somme and exploring the city centre.the beds are super comfortable and the whole appartment is spotlessly clean"

"We were met by the host who showed us around the apartment and the facilities, he told us about the area and took us to the garage to park our car."

"There was no physical guide to the apartment so I had to rely on the little French that I know to understand the host - also the blinds in the bedrooms didn’t work which meant the street lights were very bright at night and my daughter found it difficult to sleep."

"This is a nice apartment right on the somme river with a lovely deck area. It had modern facilities including a lovely kitchen and bathroom with washing machine and dryer. It was close to multiple restaurants and only 5 minutes by taxi to the train station. Miguel and Isabel were wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this apartment."

"Apartment was perfectly placed for nearby restaurants, bars and cathedral. Having the option to have parking was perfect so knew car was safe behind locked gates. Quite expensive though although cheaper than street parking I think. The beds were very comfortable and bedding new. The balcony was an added bonus - although too cold for us to sit out there - would be superb in the summer evenings."

"Didnt really have any instructions before hand as to what to do to collect property keys - stated my arrival time so thought someone would be there waiting for us. would have been nice if someone could have met us or given us telephone a number to call on arrival. Would have been nicer if the hallway and entrance way were tidied - appreciate that there are other flats there - but didnt look particulary tidy and welcoming. Could have done with some more kitchen equipment - wine glasses, serving spoons etc. TV was a disappointment - even though we didnt stay in to watch it - would have been nice to have netflix working - although Canal+ was great for watching the premier league games."
