Located in the heart of Caen, Hotel Bernières is a 5-minute drive from Caen Train Station and offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. Guest rooms are simply decorated and equipped with a TV. They each have an en suite bathroom with either a bathtub or shower. In the morning, you can savour breakfast in the breakfast room at Hotel Bernières. "The location is perfect - in the square of the Palais de Papes. Our room was large and overlooked the square and the Palais. It was perfectly clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed a fabulous dinner in the restaurant. A special thanks to the lovely young woman on reception in the afternoon and evening. She was especially helpful. Definitely recommend!"

Rooms were cleaned every day, beds were comfortable and it was quiet which I value highly. The location is a pleasant 30 mins walk from the Croissette or there are regular busses and of course taxis. The hotel was one of the cheaper ones I found so very good value."
