"Proper coffee cups in the room instead of cardboard cups. (This was not really important, but when everything else in the hotel was perfect - it seemed to be an unnecessary economy.) This is not a complaint - just an observation."

"Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Ihan huippu porukka siellä kyllä oli! Sijainti oli hyvä, keskellä aika lailla kaikkea. Käveltiin joka päivä 20k - 35k askelta, niin en osaa sanoa julkisesta liikenteestä sen enempää. Versaillesiin mentiin Uberilla, joka tuntuu kyllä toimiva erittäin hyvin Pariisissa. Hotelli oli erittäin nostalginen normaaleine avaimineen, jotka muuten tulee jättää aina hotellin vastaanottoon hotellilta poistuessa. Hotellin edessä on suoraan todella hyvä ravintola, jossa kävimmekin joka ilta syömässä illallista. Otimme joka aamu aamupalan, joka oli kyllä hyvinkin riittävä. Joka aamu oli oma kori, jossa patonkia, kroissanttia ja jonkun sortin pulla. Tarjolla oli myöskin kinkkua ja juustoa ja jogurttia. Lapsille myös muroja ja toki kahvia oli keitettynä myös. Pärjäsimme tuolla hyvin aina lounaaseen asti. Hintaa sillä oli 12,5e per henkilö, joka minusta kyllä oli hyvinkin hintansa väärti."

"The hotel itself and views are absolutly stunning, but what really made our stay extra special was the staff. It started at the restaurant, where everyone is not only super professional but also really kind. And this for everyone we met during our stay (3 nights). The kind of genuine kindness that unfortunatly is rather rare in French hospilately. I highly recommend this place, the restaurant, and while you are there don't hesitate a second and rent their boat for a private tour on the lake with picnic. It's nothing like the public boats and you will avoid doing a long queue. Wonderful pool. Delicious dinners. We loved our stay. Also : we are vegetarian by preference and the restaurant was very accomodating to this. Big plus. Definitly visit the little village Moustier, so pretty and nice walks starting from there."
