"Very well located hotel for both the Grotto and upper town of Lourdes. Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Room was very comfortable and cleaned to a very high standard every day. "The hotel is a bit dated needs being refreshed. The cutlery is spread out all day and with the heat flies sit on it thus should be put out only when customers are seated at the table The breakfast is also taken out and laid on each table a croissant and bread covered with a tissue this can be brought out when the guests come for breakfast"

"It is a family owned hotel so the owner showed us with care. We arrived after 10pm and when he knows we were hungry, Mimo was so happy to serve us at the Hôtel restaurant and they cooked delicious Italian foods. The hotel is clean which is very important to us with aircon."
