"The internet is very fast; hence, work was done easily. One of the employees called Mohamed was particularly very helpful and friendly. Once he noticed I had made a mistake with my booking time, he asked to calm down and think of alternative solutions instead rather than waste some more time. He often would offer me water when I come in very tired. I love it when customer service is proactive. Another employee whose name I can't remember also helped with my TV that wasn't showing because the previous room occupant had tampered with the setting."

Night staff was very friendly. Didn't speak much English but Google translate is your friend and is expected in any foreign country. No kettle in room"
