"Das Apartment ist etwas zu klein für 4 Personen. Die Schlafcouch ist recht unbequem. Deutlicher Straßenlärm, vor allem in der Nacht relevant. Die Klimaanlage war wegen Defekt außer Betrieb, was ein großes Problem bei hohen Außentemperaturen im Sommer darstellt."

"Situation idyllique, les pieds dans l’eau. Résidence avec terrasse et plage privée, au calme. Face au château de Duingt. 2 restaurants sur place de très bonne qualité. Une supérette à 200 m. Terrasse de l’appartement vue sur le lac. Appartement climatisé. Et surtout le propriétaire, Mr Chevallier d’une gentillesse et très attentionné. Les lits sont faits à notre arrivée, le linge de toilette a été remplacé à l’a mi séjour. Nous reviendrons dans cette résidence l’année prochaine."

"We liked the location and the availability of the staff when we had a question or query. Check in was easy and explained very well. The security of the block was excellent. The kitchen was very well equipped and very clean. The bathroom was also very clean and a good size. The bed was very comfortable and the flat was lovely and warm. The heating was easy to use. Although we didn't use the swimming pool, that was a very good aspect of the rental. Had we stayed longer, we would have taken advantage of the pool. All of the main areas of the block were cleaned very well every day. Checkout was straightforward, too."
