"Amazing apartment, very clean modern and private, perfect for a family of 4. Two youngest shared the second room as only 5 and 7. Really enjoyed the private and peaceful balcony which was a lovely sun trap. Perfect for visiting the local memorial sites and museums. "Everything we wanted for our short break was in one package. The property was exceptional….clean, well equipped (great shower), comfortable and in a superb location for WW1 historians/enthusiasts being at the very north of the Somme first day line. Thiepval, Beaumont Hamel, Lochnagar Crater etc are all within easy driving distance. Our hosts were very welcoming and were available for any help or problems that we may have encountered. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and would recommend this property without hesitation."

"The location was excellent, as we planned to visit many of the WW1 sites, which are close by. The hosts were very welcoming, and took time to explain the workings of the apartment and the location of nearby facilities. There was plenty of room in the apartment, which appeared to be almost completely new, or refurbished, to a very high standard. Unfortunately, we had to leave the property early and the hosts could not have been more understanding and sympathetic - we will be returning next year. For anyone looking for a quiet location with excellent facilities, this could not be more appropriate - we really felt at home."
