"Très bon accueil à notre arrivée. La maison est fonctionnelle, très propre, le jardin très agréable avec la piscine, le quartier est calme, deux places de parking nous sont attribuées. La maison est très bien située pour visiter la région. Très bons échanges réactifs avec Sylvie. Je recommande vraiment !"

"Franchement impeccable ! J'ai jamais loué une maison aussi propre rien à dire . Il y a tout ! J'ai 3 enfants. Dont l'une des 3 est un bébé de 9 mois, j'ai pu mettre le lit parapluie à l'aise dans la plus grande des 3 chambres. Franchement rien à dire . La piscine impeccable. Vous aurais vraiment tous celon ce que vous avez besoin ! La propriétaire très belle personne. Je vous recommande vraiment cette hébergement."

"Hay un pago de 40€ por limpieza no incluido en el precio y que se paga al llegar. Este concepto por lo visto figura en las condiciones del alojamiento en francés pero no en español. Aclara este tema con la anfitriona antes de hacer la reserva si no quieres llevarte un mal rato al llegar."
"La casa es muy confortable, es ideal para 6 personas. De la parte exterior no puedo opinar mucho porque no la utilizamos, si que había una pequeña piscina, unas tumbonas y una barbacoa, ideal para una época de calor. Tres habitaciones con cama de matrimonio es un plus, muy cómodas además."
"La ducha es excesivamente pequeña, el lavabo tiene dos senos y unos armarios enormes, pero la ducha es muy muy pequeña. En ningún sitio al hacer la reserva vimos que tuviéramos que pagar además 40 € por limpieza, cosa que encarece el precio total, nos fue comunicado cuando ya no se podía proceder con la cancelación gratuita."

"The apartment is beautiful and very compact. Also, it's very central. Just a few minutes walk from restaurants and the Marina. Lucas met us on arrival. He told us about some very good restaurants in the area.. He was very friendly and helpful. La Rochelle is a beautiful place to stroll around, the old town with its quaint little side streets, then the marina where you can sit in one of the many café and restaurants and listen to the street musicians . It was a wonderful holiday."

"Everything was perfect, great location. Parking nearby. Very clean, large comfortable bed with lovely bedding , good WiFi , well equipped kitchen. Lots of storage , washing machine a bonus . Nice welcome from Delphine . Would definitely recommend this place ."
"Appartement très propre très agréable avec tout le nécessaire nous nous n'y avons que dormis car nous avions de la famille à Saint Raphaël ou nous passions nos journées chez eux mais si je devais trouver une location par exemple pour plusieurs jours je recommanderai vraiment cet appartement il y a tout ce qu'il faut y compris la climatisation la proximité de Saint Raphaël un magasin Auchan juste en face je recommande vraiment merci encore"
