"The property is in a quiet residential area close to a bus route which provides cheap regular transport to La Rochelle taking only about 10 minutes. It is spacious and has a private garden with some shade and we often ate outside. The large shower room is ideal with a walk in shower and twin wash basins. The weather was hot at times but the electric shutters help to keep the accommodation cool. Parking is easy, just outside the boundary. The owners of the property who live next door were very welcoming and helpful. We found a lovely modern restaurant/bar within easy walking distance."
