"Neu und modern eingerichtete Wohnung, Lage ist gut (nach vorn zur Straße ist es bei offener Balkontür tagsüber und bei Betrieb der Trattoria laut, im Schlafzimmer ist es gleichzeitig sehr ruhig!), Tür und Fenster sind sehr gut und schalldicht. Das ganze Haus ist ruhig. Ausreichend Parkplätze hinter dem Haus. Ausstattung sehr gut. Standort zur Erkundung des Vercors sehr gut."

"Endroit très bien situé 15 minutes de Biscarrosse plage et des premières plages. 2 MINUTES en voiture du Lac Et 40 minutes d Arcachon. Piscine ouverte de 9H00 à 19H00 attention pas de mettre nageur. Appartement ombragé fonctionnel et capable d accueillir un couple et jusqu'à trois personnes sur des lits grâce aux canapés convertibles et à tiroir.
